Photography became part of my life long before I ever imagined it would become my profession. It first taught me how to observe. Then it taught me that the moments that matter most never happen twice.
A photograph does not capture what happened. It captures how we felt in that moment.
Based in Lisbon, I work in weddings, portrait photography and editorial projects across Portugal and abroad. My style is documentary, discreet and observant.
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me in my photo lab. It's where I slow things down, developing film and creating handcrafted prints with the same care and attention I bring to every photograph I make.
I believe the most meaningful photographs aren't created by directing people. They're created by giving them the freedom to be themselves
